Ukraine / Official Opening

On August 2nd, 2006 the LeuchtBox project came to its final stop in the voyage on the Great Blue River. It was in Ukraine, the country which links the Danube to the shores of the Black Sea. What was also interesting is that the last exhibition took place not in the LeuchtBox itself (due to construction on the original LeuchtBox site), but rather in one of the charming galleries in the Höllgase in Passau. In the atmosphere of joy and companionship the Ukrainian Consul General Walerij Stepanow gave an energetic speech in front of the guests, who came to learn more about the Ukraine, its culture, its people and its rich history.
